CALIFORNIA CONSUMER PRIVACY ACT (“CCPA”)
PRIVACY POLICY SUPPLEMENT

BLUEBIRD CAPITAL PARTNERS
This California Consumer Privacy Act (“CCPA”) Privacy Policy Supplement (this “CCPA Policy”) is included as a supplement of BlueBird Capital Partners (“BlueBird Capital Partners,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) Privacy Policy and applies to California consumers (as the terms “personal information” and “consumer” is defined under the CCPA) (collectively, “Consumers,” “you,” or “your”). This CCPA Policy describes your rights under the CCPA and explains how you may exercise your rights.
Your CCPA Rights
The CCPA provides you with the following rights:
Access. You may request access to the personal information that we have collected and maintained about you (along with information regarding its use and disclosure) over the past twelve (12) months upon appropriate verification. You may only make such requests, at no charge, twice (2) per every twelve (12) months.
Deletion. You have the right to request that we delete personal information collected and maintained about you, subject to certain exceptions. Once your request is verified and we have determined that we are required to delete that information in accordance with applicable law, we will delete your personal information accordingly.
Knowledge. You have the right to know what categories and specific pieces of personal information we collect about you, the sources of how we collect personal information, our business purpose for the collection and use of your personal information, and any categories of third parties with whom we share your information.
Nondiscrimination. You have the right to not receive discriminatory treatment if you exercise any of your CCPA rights.
Opt-Out. In the event that we sell any of your personal information, you have the right to request that we not sell your personal information. Sundance Bay does not sell any of your personal information.
Exercising Your Rights
To exercise the access and deletion rights described above, please submit a request to us by either:

Information We May Keep
Your request to delete your personal information may be denied if it is necessary for us to retain your information under one or more of the exceptions listed in the CCPA (e.g. provide you with goods and services, detect security risks, fix any errors, exercise free speech, use your information lawfully for our internal purposes, and to comply with the law). Please note that a record of your deletion request may be kept pursuant to our legal obligations.
Verifying Your Request
Only you, or a person that you authorize to act on your behalf, may make a request related to your personal information. In the case of access and deletion, your request must be verifiable before we can fulfill such request.
Verifying your request will require you to provide sufficient information for us to reasonably verify that you are the person about whom we collected personal information or a person authorized to act on your behalf (e.g., previous transactions of person to whom request relates).
We will only use the personal information that you have provided in a verifiable request in order to verify your request. As stated above, we cannot respond to your request or provide you with personal information if we cannot verify your identity or authority.
Please note that we may charge a reasonable fee or refuse to act on a request if such request is excessive, repetitive, or manifestly unfounded.
Response
Response Time to Your Request. We will respond to your request within forty-five (45) days from when you contacted us. If your request is a complex request, the CCPA allows us up to ninety (90) days to respond, however, we will still contact you within forty-five (45) days to let you know we need more time to respond.
Response Contents. Our response will contain the following information from the previous twelve (12) months:
- Categories of personal information we collected about you.
- Sources of personal information we collected about
- The specific pieces of personal information we collect.
- The business or commercial purpose for collecting your personal information.
- Any third parties we shared your personal information with.
Whether or not we sold any of your personal information. If we sold any of your personal information, our response will tell you what information we sold, who we sold the information to, and why we sold the information.
